Nueva Vida Welcomes First Residents

Nueva Vida, Michaels’ fourth phase in the Jordan Downs redevelopment, has officially welcomed its first residents. The move-ins happened in two phases, with 35 families moving into their new homes in late May, and 18 families moving in in early July. The new community now has 57 occupied units, out of 90 total! 

Located between Grape Street to the West and Lou-Dillon Avenue to the East, Nueva Vida is adjacent to the future Children’s Park, providing easy access for residents to use the nearby open space, bicycle, and neighborhood pedestrian connections. The new community comprises one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments in two, four-story elevator buildings with ground-floor community space. There is also gated on-grade surface parking containing 68 parking spaces.
